My journey into creation
I am blessed and so thankful to be able to write and produce original songs, beautiful oil paintings of gorgeous landscapes, and creative ideas for storytelling in my books. The songs I write come from normal life happenings, or I read a verse or chapter in the Bible, and then it begins as a lyric or two. By the time I try to go to sleep at night, I have a song in my head like an earworm. At this point, I have to start writing the lyrics into a full song and can't stop until I am satisfied with the end results.
From lens to canvas: My painting passion
My paintings come from my love of photography and being able to capture the beauty of landscapes. It wasn't enough to just have a photo; I needed to express the beauty on canvas. Each stroke is an effort to translate the feeling of a moment in nature into a visual experience for you.
Stories from the soul: My writing inspiration
The books I write are ideas that form in my mind when I am walking in nature, enjoying the sights and sounds, losing myself to my own imaginations. These stories are a reflection of the worlds I envision and the narratives I long to share with you.
What makes my art unique?
Each of my songs has a story that relates to something I have seen, heard, or felt in my life. My paintings are just a reflection of how I see nature. My books are the other side of my imaginations going to work. My hope is for people to obtain a feeling of peace and joy as they listen to my songs, look at my paintings, or read my books. It is this unique blend of personal experience and creative expression that defines Johnny Ledger Art Production.
A proud achievement: "King of Kings"
One of my proudest moments has been creating a video to go with the song, "King of Kings." It has become a popular video, especially for Easter, and it truly warms my heart to know it resonates with so many. This achievement fuels my desire to continue creating impactful art.
My dreams for the future
My dream is for people to enjoy my creations and not just listen, look, or read, but to let my work, especially my songs, lift their spirits and encourage their very souls.
